Cathy Lo

Cathy Lo is a product designer at Facebook. She is also a contributor at the Analog Research Lab, a creative space for design and art-making that has strong influence on Facebook's culture. She is the creator of the pride sticker pack for Messenger, developed the visual identity for the first Women's Leadership Day at Facebook and leads many other diversity initiatives at work.

Over the course of her professional design career, Cathy has worked at Urban Outfitters, Frog Design, Adaptive Path and Hot Studio. She has lead a variety of projects and worked with clients like SFMOMA, YBCA, Electronic Arts, Nike, California Academy of Sciences and Disney. Her work has been recognized with numerous design awards and honors. 

In addition, she has exhibited work in group and solo exhibitions in San Francisco and Oakland. She is a member of the Burning Man fire conclave and has performed at Burning Man and the Fire Dance Expo at Union Square many times. She is also a news author at Scene360, a globally recognized award winning online arts and film magazine. She currently lives happily with her wife and two cats in West Oakland.
